Where is my order?
Every Plant Parent piece is printed for you, then shipped. Your tracking link is in the shipping confirmation email we send when your order ships, usually 1 to 3 business days after you order (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

Sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout. We'll send you a one-time code, and you'll see every order and its tracking.
How long delivery takes
US orders usually arrive 2 to 7 business days after you order. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
