Payment Policy
How you can pay
At checkout on plantparent.co you can pay with:
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club
- Shop Pay, including Shop Pay Installments where offered
- PayPal
- Apple Pay (on supported Apple devices and browsers)
- Google Pay
Card payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, and PayPal payments by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
Currency
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD) for US shoppers. If you shop from outside the United States, prices may be shown and charged in your local currency, converted at checkout. Your card issuer may add its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
When you're charged
Your payment is taken when you place your order. If you receive a refund, it goes back to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post it. See our Return & Refund Policy.
